RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

Thank you for shopping at www.west49.com.  Should an online purchase fail to meet your expectations, we will gladly refund the item online or refund/exchange the item at a local West 49/Amnesia location.

For your convenience, return your online purchase to a West 49/Amnesia store

- Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made with the exception of Paypal and Visa Debit. Purchases made via PayPal or Visa Debit may be refunded in store in the form of a merchandise credit. Refunds can only be credited directly to your Paypal account or Visa Debit if the item is returned by mail to our online store. 

- Return/Exchange must be made within 30 days from order date as indicated on the original receipt (packing slip)

- Merchandise must be in its original packaging, with merchandise tickets attached, accompanied by the original receipt (packing slip).

- Shipping charges are not refundable.

- Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the refund process.

- Damaged items cannot be returned to the store, this return must be made to the website.

- Returns without original receipt (packing slip) cannot be processed.

- All intimates, including Swimwear,  and clearance purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

- US ORDERS ARE A FINAL SALE

- ONLINE RETURNS CANNOT BE MADE AT OUTLET STORES

Return your online purchase to the website by courier:

  1. Log into your Account
  2. Under Account Dashboard find your original order and click View Order
  3. Click the blue Return box in the top right hand corner.
  4. Fill in the form, selecting the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.
  5. Click Add Item to Return to add another item to your return request, otherwise click Submit.

You're done!

We will review your request and once it's been approved, instructions will be emailed to you on how to return your item via Canada Post. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

You can track the progress of your return request by logging into your account and clicking My Returns under the Account Dashboard.
