*Due to the ongoing national strike, shipping to Canada Post exclusive service areas such as PO Boxes, remote regions, as well as the Territories is unavailable at this time and will not show as an option upon checkout.

If possible, we encourage you to select another Shipping Address (ie home, business address, family/friend location) that may be serviced by our other couriers.

For all other areas, please note that TForce, Canpar, and Envoi can be selected as shipping options upon checkout. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and we will keep you updated of any changes.

*Please note: If you are shipping to a rural postal code, PO box, or the Territories, we are unable to provide a holiday cut-off date due to the ongoing Canada Post national strike.

Please allow up to 72 hours for processing upon order confirmation receipt. Once processed, your order will be forwarded to our carriers for shipment.  Please see respective transit times below.

For shipping rates, please refer to the table below. Shipping costs are determined by the pre-tax, post-discount value of your order.

For all orders shipped to postal codes associated with air stage offices, there is a flat shipping rate of $50, and they do not qualify for free shipping.

Similarly, for orders shipped to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, a flat shipping rate of $20 applies, and they do not qualify for free shipping.

 

Please note that orders containing hard goods such as skateboards, longboards, cruisers, and scooters will be subject to a $15 bulk shipping fee due to their size and weight.

1. You must live in one of the following cities: Toronto, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Ajax, Concord, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, Brampton, Milton, Hamilton, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Scarborough, Pickering, Whitby or Oshawa.

2. Select “Envoi - 48 Hour Shipping” at checkout.

3. Service is available by Courier, not Canada Post, and is only available to Residential Addresses Monday through Saturday. There is no service to PO Boxes, or Commercial addresses), and there will be no delivery on civic or statutory holidays. This service does not deliver hard goods.

4. Orders will be delivered between the hours of 9 AM and 9 PM. After a sale event day, orders could be delivered as late as 10 PM.

If you are unavailable during the day to receive your package, we recommend using Flex Delivery offered through Canada Post. This service allows you to ship directly to a nearby Post Office of your choosing instead of your home. Please click here to find out how it works.

Please Note:
We ship to all provinces and territories via Canada Post. Shipping address must be a valid Canadian address. Signature is not required on Expedited or Xpresspost shipments.

Orders shipped to addresses in Northern Regions (Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories) and Remote Centres will take slightly longer. Expedited: 10-14 business days.

 

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

Unless stated otherwise, free shipping covers the cost of Expedited Delivery in Canada only, with the exception of Northern Regions (Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories). Alternative shipping options are available at additional costs.
