In-Store Return Policy
Should an in-store purchase not meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange or return funds onto a Gift Card within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we will no longer be offering refunds of cash, debit or credit.
Online Return Policy
Should an online purchase fail to meet your expectations, we will gladly refund the item if returned via courier, or return funds onto a gift card / exchange the item when returned at a local west49 location.
Return your online purchase to a West 49 store:
- Return/Exchange must be made within 30 days from order date as indicated on the original receipt (packing slip)
- Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made with the exception of Paypal. Purchases made via PayPal may be refunded in store in the form of a merchandise credit. Refunds can only be credited directly to your Paypal account if the item is returned by mail to our online store.
- Merchandise must be in its original packaging, with merchandise tickets attached, accompanied by the original receipt (packing slip).
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the refund process.
- Damaged items cannot be returned to the store, this return must be made to the website.
- Returns without original receipt (packing slip) cannot be processed.
All intimates, including Swimwear, and clearance purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Return your online purchase to the website by courier:
- Print and complete a Return Form, and include it with the returned item(s). Print the Return Form here.
- A copy of your invoice must be included for consideration of refund/credit.
- Please pack your items in the original packaging if possible in order to ensure safe delivery.
- Send your return package to the following address:

- Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. The only exception is if the item(s) shipped to you were damaged, defective or the wrong item(s).
- Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise with our return form and order invoice, and mail it to the address above within 30 days from the ship date.
- We will refund the return shipping costs if an item is damaged. A copy of the shipping receipt must be attached to the return form. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking but please note only standard carrier services will be refunded.
