COVID-19 Updates

Our warehouse staff is taking all measures to remain safe, and are practicing social distancing and considerable deep cleaning while fulfilling your orders. We have enabled reduced staffing across shifts, staggering breaks and start/end times to support our staff's safety. 

During this time, please allow 48 hours of processing time (Expedited shipments) upon receipt of your order confirmation. Once processed, your order will be forwarded to our carriers for shipment.  Please see respective transit times below.

Canada Post is also practicing social distancing across their operations, providing contactless delivery to maintain the social distancing rules for both you and their drivers.  Note that Canada Post is currently experiencing delivery delays with all service levels. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days after your expected delivery date to receive your package.

1. You must live in one of the following cities: Toronto, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Ajax, Concord, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, Brampton, Milton, Hamilton, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Scarborough, Pickering, Whitby or Oshawa.

2. Select “48 Hour Shipping” at checkout.

3. Service is available by Courier, not Canada Post, and is only available to Residential Addresses Monday through Saturday. There is no service to PO Boxes, or Commercial addresses), and there will be no delivery on civic or statutory holidays. This service does not deliver hard goods.

4. Orders will be delivered between the hours of 9 AM and 9 PM. After a sale event day, orders could be delivered as late as 10 PM.

If you are unavailable during the day to receive your package, we recommend using Flex Delivery offered through Canada Post. This service allows you to ship directly to a nearby Post Office of your choosing instead of your home. Please click here to find out how it works.

Please Note:
We ship to all provinces and territories via Canada Post. Shipping address must be a valid Canadian address. Signature is not required on Expedited or Xpresspost shipments.

Orders shipped to addresses in Northern Regions (Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories) and Remote Centres will take slightly longer. Xpress: 3 to 7 business days.



Unless stated otherwise, free shipping covers the cost of Expedited Delivery in Canada only. Alternative shipping options are available at additional costs.
